Rising Sun Rock Festival 2004 in Ezoに行く。
2日間楽しかったけど、環境は苛酷でヒジョーに疲れた。会場が端から端まで歩くと
約30分かかるので。
ところで、ライブ、ライブ、ライブである。REDSTARFIELD、MOONCIRCUS、
EARTHTENT、SUNSTAGE、GREENOASISの5ステージあって、初日はREDSTARFIELDから。
REDSTARFIELD
ハナレグミ・・・のびやかでそれでいて少しとがった声色が素敵だった。空が
晴れていたらもっと最高だったのになぁ。
BonniePink・・・僕の今回の一番の目玉だった。期待の割には・・・という印象も
あったが、歌はうまかった。MCで私は晴れ女なの、と言っていたとおり
何故か演奏中は雨が降らず。アコースティックだったが、今度はきちんと
バンドスタイルで見てみたい。
クラムボン・・・今回僕の中でのベストパフォーマンスだった。3人それぞれの
演奏もレベルが高かったし、呼吸がすごくあっているような感じがした。
和やかな雰囲気や3人の気遣いもフェスらしくてよかった。
その後、夜ご飯を食べてひと休み。屋台は定番のカレー、ラーメン等等チャイナ、
イタリアン、ロシア、北アフリカ（！）など多彩。どれを食べに行こうかまよって
しまうくらい。味もまぁまぁいけてる。この時は焼き鳥を食べたような。
その後、EARTHTENTに移る。ASIAN KUNFU GENERATIONが目的だったが、
観客が多くて、しかもかなり押している様子。まるまる1アーティスト分は
遅れてた。
EARTHTENT
B-DASH・・・途中から見たが、かなり盛り上がっていた。スピード感が
あって演奏はよかったように思うが、客の柄が非常に悪かったのが印象的。
入場制限かかってました。
LOST IN TIME・・・正直あんまり印象に残っていないのだが、マイナー調の
イマイチ乗れない感じのロック。メロディはポップで耳に入っていきやすい
感じ。
Asian Kunfu Generation・・・とにかく観客の量がすごくて。最初10列目
くらいの所（完全モッシュの中）にいたが、押しつぶされて酸欠で死ぬ〜
と思って、3曲目あたりで後退。
でもポップで疾走感があってかっこいい。演奏もシンプルながらしっかり
弾く感じで安定感がある。また単独公演で見に行きたいアーティストの
うちの一つだ。
汗びっしょりになって出てきたら、寒いのなんの。吐く息白いし。
あまりに寒いので、雨具のカッパを羽織って寒さをしのぐ。
友達から北海道の夜は極寒だから気をつけてとメールが入っていたが
まさにその通り。
その後また少し休んで、EARTHTENTに戻り、前日までシークレットに
なっていたMONGOL800を見る。これ盛り上がったなぁ。僕は普段
この手の音楽をあまり聞かないが、ポップで耳に残りやすいメロディ
とノリのよさで皆で一体になって踊ると気持ちいい音楽だなと思った。
普段チケット買って行くアーティストじゃないし、こういう
サプライズがあるとなんか得した気分。
あと多分アンコールやったのはモンパチだけなのでは。
