今日もたまたま出張があって、二人して同じ場所に出かけたので、一緒にランチを
取ることにした。一軒目の天ぷらもよかったが、デザート食べようと称して行った
表題の「糖朝」の豆腐花が変わった味で面白かった。
豆腐と書くくらいだから、文字通り豆腐なのだが、あまい豆腐なのである。
杏仁に気持ち似てないことはないが、いや、やはり新鮮な食感だ。
好みは分かれると思うが、日本橋や青山に行った際には是非一度体験してみてほしい。
