変える直前にかかってきた仕事の電話で、結局ピアノのレッスンを飛ばす結果に。
この人としゃべると大体長電話になる。けど今は意味がないので、イライラする。
でもそれはその人が悪いのではなくて、その話を受け止められないこちら側にも
問題があるといえる。
何故そのようなことになるかというと、こちらの持っている技術的なスキルや
情報と、向こうの持っている情報の格差、それと微妙な言葉のニュアンスが
疎通されていないという問題がある。
そんな温度差は始めから分かっているしどうしようもない部分かもしれないが、
それならトップダウンで何かしろよ、と言いたい。
クソみたいな指示は出すのに、肝心の部分はそっちで考えてくれ、ってなんか
おかしくないか？普通逆だろ。
4月23日。
元同僚Oの二次会へ。さみしくなったのは、彼が先に結婚したことではなく
（それはそれで素直に祝福したいことなので、別に何の問題もない）
感じた距離感のようなもの。まぁそんなものですか。
でもどちらかと言えば、僕は彼に借りを返せないままになりそうだ、
ということかも。
懐かしいメンバーに会う。昔の会社は個性的なメンツで面白かったな。
でも組織としてはバラバラだった。
今の会社はちょっと悪い言い方をすると、飼い慣らされている。
でも組織に入れば、いくら労働者に権利があったとて、所詮主従の
関係にならざるを得ないのだ。その立場にいるなら文句は言えまい。
